Services

Everything your website needs, from the first sketch to years of looking after it. Take one service or hand me the whole thing — either way you'll have one familiar point of contact, with a small team of specialists behind me.

01

Design

A website that looks the part and makes it obvious what visitors should do next. Whether you're starting from nothing or refreshing something tired, everything is designed and agreed before a line of code is written.

Right for you if

  • You're launching a business and don't have a logo or brand yet
  • Your current website looks dated and isn't doing you justice
  • You're planning an app or a complex site and want the structure proven before paying for development
  • You already have a brand and need it turned into a great website

What you get

  • Website & UI design — every key page designed for desktop and mobile in Figma, so you see exactly what you're getting
  • Logo & brand identity — logo, colour palette, typography and a short guide that keeps everything consistent
  • UX wireframes & prototypes — page structure and clickable prototypes to test the flow before visual design
  • Redesigns — a fresh look and better usability for your existing site, keeping your content and search rankings intact
  • All the files — design sources and brand assets handed over and owned by you

How it works

  1. Discovery call — your business, customers, competitors and what the site needs to achieve
  2. Wireframes — the structure of key pages, agreed before any styling
  3. Visual design — full designs for desktop and mobile
  4. Two revision rounds — refined until it's right
  5. Handover or build — take the files, or go straight into development with me

Development

Websites and web applications built properly — fast, secure, easy for your team to use, and yours to keep. I'll recommend the approach that fits your business, not the one that bills the most.

Right for you if

  • You need a professional website your team can update without calling a developer
  • Your current site is slow, fragile, or stuck on a platform you've outgrown
  • Your business runs on a process a normal website can't handle — bookings, client portals, dashboards
  • You're an agency looking for a reliable white-label developer

What you get

  • WordPress, custom-built — hand-coded themes for the best speed and complete flexibility
  • WordPress with Elementor — clean builds you can edit yourself with drag-and-drop
  • Web applications — client portals, dashboards, booking systems and internal tools in React and Node
  • Migrations & rebuilds — move off Wix, Squarespace, old page builders or legacy platforms without losing content, links or rankings
  • Built to last — responsive on every device, with accessibility and speed checked before launch
  • Full ownership — code, admin access and a written handover, all yours

How it works

  1. Scope & fixed quote — what's included, what isn't, the cost and the launch date, in writing
  2. Build on staging — a private preview link from week one, so you see real progress
  3. Review & test — two revision rounds, plus mobile, browser, speed and form testing
  4. Launch — go-live, redirects, analytics and Google Search Console
  5. Handover — a written guide and a walkthrough recording for your team
Typical timeline1–6 weeks

Hosting

Where your website lives decides how fast, secure and reliable it is. I can run it for you, or set it up properly on an account you own — your choice, and you can switch later.

Option B

I set it up on your account

For businesses that want to own everything outright.

  • A host recommended for your traffic and budget
  • The account in your name, on your own billing
  • Your site deployed with SSL and backups switched on
  • Moved from your current host with minimal downtime
  • Every login and a short guide handed over

Selling on Shopify? Shopify hosts your store for you, so there's nothing extra to arrange.

SEO

A great website nobody finds doesn't help anyone. Search foundations come built into every project, with an ongoing plan for businesses that are ready to grow.

Included with every build

Launch SEO

The technical and on-page groundwork, done properly from day one.

  • Fast load times, with Core Web Vitals checked
  • Page titles, descriptions and headings written properly
  • Structured data so search engines understand your business
  • XML sitemap and Google Search Console set up
  • Redirects from old addresses when replacing a site, so rankings aren't lost
  • Good-looking previews when your pages are shared

An honest word: nobody can guarantee a first-page ranking, and anyone who promises one is guessing. What I promise is the work done properly, with clear reporting so you can see exactly what you're getting.

Process

How a project actually runs

No mystery and no month-long silences. You always know what's happening and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Brief & scope

A call, then a written scope: what's being built, what it costs, what isn't included and the date it lands.

  2. 02

    Design & build

Structure first, then the look, then the functionality — on a private staging link from week one.

  3. 03

    Review & test

Two revision rounds, plus mobile, browser, speed and accessibility checks and every form and payment tested.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

Go-live, redirects and analytics, then a written guide and walkthrough so your team can run it.

FAQ

Questions clients usually ask first

How long does a website take?

A brochure site is typically one to two weeks. A multi-page business site with custom templates runs three to six weeks. Online stores and web applications depend on scope — you'll get a date in writing before anything starts, and I hold to it.

Shopify or WooCommerce — which should I choose?

If you want to focus purely on selling and would rather not deal with hosting or updates, Shopify is usually the better fit. If you're already on WordPress, want to publish a lot of content, or need custom features without a monthly platform fee, WooCommerce tends to win. I'll recommend one based on your products, budget and plans — not on what I prefer building.

Custom theme or Elementor — which should I choose?

If your team will change pages often and wants drag-and-drop control, Elementor is the sensible choice and I build it cleanly. If you need bespoke templates, unusual functionality or the best possible speed, a custom theme is worth the extra. I'll tell you which one your project actually needs, including when that's the cheaper one.

Do I have to host my website with you?

No. I can host and manage it for you, or set it up properly on a hosting account in your own name. Either way, you own your website. Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, so there's nothing extra to arrange.

Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on your competition and on factors nobody controls. What I guarantee is that the technical and on-page work is done properly, and with monthly SEO you get clear reporting on what changed and why.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do — entirely, from day one. Your domain, hosting, code, designs and third-party accounts stay in your name. There's no lock-in, and you never need my permission to move on.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a support window for anything that turns out to be broken. After that you can choose a care plan covering updates, backups, monitoring and a set amount of changes each month — or simply book help by the hour when you need it.

Do you work under NDA or white-label for agencies?

Regularly. A significant share of my work is delivered under another agency's branding, and I sign NDAs as a matter of course. If you need me to stay invisible to your client, that's completely normal.

Can you fix or take over an existing website?

Yes, and it's a large part of what I do. I'll audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or rebuilding, along with what each option costs.

Next step

Not sure what you need?

That's normal. Tell me what you're trying to achieve and I'll recommend the right mix — even if it's less than you expected.
